RaceTrack - Select Boat Category Display Help
This page Displays a list of boat categories and allows for one of them to be selected.
A boat category is a 'generic' grouping of boats which meet the same general criteria. Examples could be, multihulls, sports boats, production imports or the boats racing in the 40ft division.
The boat categories can be filtered by ranking type using the ranking type combo box and can also be filtered by changing the minimum number of boats which will display only boat categories with more than the specified minimum in their current ranking list. You may sort the table by clicking on the appropriate heading, or by clicking a second time, reversing the sort order.
The 'boat categories' table holds the following items of information :
- Category, the category name
- rating, the average rating for all boats in this category
- # boats, the total number of boats in this category
- # races, the total races finished by boat's in this category
